Application Process

We require all of our potential tenants to fill out and submit a rental application.  We process all applications on a first come, first serve basis, and using a standard evaluation process that doesn't discriminate on the basis of sex, gender, religion, or ethnicity.  To apply, follow these two simple steps:


Step 1: Download, fill out, and email us a rental application. 
Our rental applications are available in both Word 2007 and PDF formats.  If you use the PDF version, you'll need the ability to print the final form as a PDF (you can't simply save it due to Adobe restrictions).  If you don't have Adobe installed already, you can download a free PDF printer called CutePDF.  We've provided the link for your convenience.


Once you've filled out the form, please submit it to us at garymstowe@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Submit your application fee.
There is a non-refundable $25 application fee required; won't process your application until we've received the application fee.  You can submit your fee through the Pay Pal button on the right, or through regular mail.  If using mail, please send your fee to:
